Daniel “DJK” Kaiser is a recording engineer, vocal producer, mixer, producer and DJ based in New York City. 

A native of Maryland, in the spring of 2019, Danny moved to Manhattan where he interned at Quad Studios. Four years later, Danny became the studio’s youngest Chief Recording Engineer at the age of 26. He has had the privilege of engineering Billboard charting artists including H.E.R., French Montana, and Cyndi Lauper as well as helping break new ground for emerging independent talent.

Prior to moving to New York, Dan was the resident DJ at Heist DC, the #1-rated lounge in the US during the time he spun from 2016 to 2019. Known for his handle “DJ Kay” (Daniel Joseph Kaiser), Dan quickly grew a loyal fan base as he headlined over 250 shows largely in DC, Maryland, and New York.

While spinning at night, Dan earned his undergraduate degree in Audio Production from American University during the day where he also captained the D1 soccer team. He went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Audio Technology from his alma mater, one of the nation’s top 10 ranked audio engineering schools.
